Joffreny is a small hamlet with the neighbour’s  16th-17th century chateau, and the adjacent small farm that we have converted next door.  The properties are surrounded by open grasslands (great for small mammals and raptor hunting), and forests (great for larger mammals.

We are commonly visited by badgers, foxes, red deer, roe deer, wild boar, red squirrels and much more.

There is also likely to be otters and coypu on the river and genets in the forest, although we haven’t managed to photograph them yet!
